eecheools
A small dark window of utilities: connection and Wi-Fi checks, running tasks, usage links, disk space, and (when set up) a clip pipeline.
vverything here only reads information or starts things you click. Nothing is sent anywhere, and nothing is deleted or moved.
Quick start
- Open eecheools from the desktop shortcut or
eecheools.bat.
- Go to Network and press Start monitor. It quietly logs your connection for 12 hours.
- Later, press Show summary. Compare the numbers with the Network guide.
- Hover over any button for a plain tip.

ehe signal dot
ehe small dot at the top left is dark when all is quiet. It glows slowly when a watched job finishes or stops. Click it to dismiss. If Windows animations are off it stays steady instead of fading.
